Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Derma Victory! As a home-based esthetician, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies to respect both your time and mine. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Future bookings may require prepayment in full after a no-show. Same-Day Cancellations • Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no-show and charged 50% of the service. Deposits & Booking Requirements • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits will go toward your service total. • Deposits are forfeited if cancellation policy is not followed. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time and stay in your car until I come outside to get you. • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. • You will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. Multiple Cancellations • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in: – Required prepayment for future bookings – Limited or denied booking privileges Emergencies & Consideration • I understand that emergencies happen.
